Bartending School of Denver has partnered with the great bar staffing company, “With a Twist Inc.”, to offer the chance to get hands-on experience, earn money and learn how to be an event bartender.
This course pays for itself! When you register for this course you’re guaranteed 2 paid bartending jobs at $12.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. In addition, this is something you can put on your resume that will show future employers that you’ve had experience. With A Twist, Inc. goal is to hire all qualified bartenders for events and if they choose to hire you after your 2 guaranteed bartending job, you will make $15.00 per hour, and keep all of your tips!
This gives you immediate employment and allows you to get the hands-on experience you need to get a job! The great thing about the course is it allows you to continue working as an event bartender… or utilize your new experience to boost your resume and apply for jobs in your local area!

Course Description
Our students will learn the primary responsibilities of off-site bartending. This includes the hands-on training of cutting garnishes, tapping a keg, opening champagne and wine. We will also cover the theory of how to greet a host, how to approach asking for gratuity and how to help with a drink menu.
Method of Instruction
This 3-hour class is an in-person class at The Lab that combines lecture and lab, to make sure that you are fully prepared!
